Janina + Rob // British Wedding in the Black Forest // Henslerhof

Living in London, Janina and Rob decided to bring all of their British family and friends to the Black Forest to celebrate the bride´s German roots. They chose to get married surrounded by the forest at Henslerhof, a 400 year old rustic barn close to the Titisee. Their plans for an outdoor ceremony had to be cancelled due to ongoing rain on a late August day, that was so gloomy and cold, it almost felt like the middle of fall, and then moved to a little barn, which made everything a lot more cozy and intimate. Everything about this wedding was so relaxed: from the not-stressing-about-the-not-so-perfect-weather, to Janina’s amazing simple-with-a-twist Grace Loves Lace wedding dress, the untraditional ceremony held by one of their closest friends. And this PARTY! It started with a first dance so emotional (some of us may or may not have shed a tear. Fine. It was both of us. We were both crying.) and went on with the wildest dance moves of this wedding season.
