Tucked into the rolling hills of Tuscany near Siena, Borgo Stomennano welcomed Evelina and Michael and their guests with it's blend of lush vineyards, shaded olive groves, and charming stone buildings. The estate’s Italian-style gardens, framed by tranquil greenery and dotted with fountains and statues, set a romantic tone across the day. Their wedding weekend unfolded in fluid, beautiful transitions: a classical Italian welcome party, pre-wedding cocktails in the gardens of Borgo Stomennano, a ceremony in front of cypresses followed by dinner as dusk was settling over the Borgo. Curved tablescapes under rustling treetops and lanterns eased the evening into a serene celebration in white and green flowers.
Evelina and Michael filled the weekend with thoughtful, personal details celebrating their love for Tuscany as well as the bride’s love for fashion in her three wedding dresses by Vivienne Westwood and Wiederhoeft.
